Cancellation Policy

- Advance Notice for Cancellations: Minimum 48+ hours notice for full refund - Refund Policy: No refunds within 48 hours of appointment. This time has been reserved specifically for you. Other appointments are blocked because this time is reserved specifically for you. Therefore, there are no refunds within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. - No Shows: No refund. - Late Rescheduling Fees: You can reschedule your appointment without charge a week ahead of your appointment. If less than one week you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $15. No rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours of your appointment.
